		<description>I don&#039;t know how I feel about your idea, Rick.  But I do think the bank bailouts were necessary.  The bailouts didn&#039;t just provide the financial institutions with cash to loan out; they kept those banks and other financial institutions from failing.  I agree that the lack of control over what this money (i.e., our money) is frustrating.  But I think it&#039;s better than the alternative -- widespread bank failures and the resulting panic.</description>
