It's not like the James Chasse case where there was clearly unnecessary roughness and neglect. The guy pretended he had a gun and was going to run away with it. They even tried the beanbag gun first. That being said, the prosecutor can't even do his freaking job and prosecute the fucking case? That is an abortion of justice.
